Jeri Little, CPM® has a passion for real estate. Her specialty is in Downtown Revitalization in hopes to bring more residential living to the Greater Downtown Shreveport area. One of her greatest gifts is the she is a “people’s person”. And she has the opportunity to share this gift daily in working with both buyers and sellers to help them find “their” perfect home or building.
Jeri is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University, a licensed real estate broker for the State of Louisiana, a Notary Public and a Certified Property Manager ® (CPM) through extensive courses from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
Jeri is actively involved as a board member in the Downtown Shreveport Development Corporation (DSDC), Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR), Northwest Board of Realtors (NWLAR), Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and Quota International Shreveport Chapter (President).

With more than fifteen years of experience in the real estate industry, Carolyn Manning is a licensed real estate agent who will focus on your residential and commercial needs. Carolyn is active in the community and serves on the boards of A Better Shreveport and The Highland Jazz and Blues Festival. You can listen to Carolyn on the radio station KLCS 91.3 on Monday, from 5:00 to 5:45. Carolyn earned her B.S. at Louisiana Tech with a Degree in Finance, specializing in Investments and Real Estate. She moved here from Texas, where she was an award winning realtor. She was the top producer for North Texas for the number one real estate company in the state.

Jennifer has lived in Louisiana 10 years and has a special connection to DeSoto Parish. She helps people handle real estate deals in Caddo and Bossier parish, too. Jennifer has sold real estate from 2006-2007 and again from 2010 to present.

Jolinda Redling, Realtor® has 14-years of experience as a full-time real estate agent with memberships in the Louisiana Realtors® Association, Northwest Louisiana Association of Realtors®, the Women's Council of Realtors® and the National Association of Realtors®. She keeps current on the latest technology and always welcomes the opportunity to learn over and beyond the require twelve hours of continuing education each year. She also strives to improve her knowledge in real estate and has earned the following designations: CRS-Council of Residential Specialists; GRI-Graduate Realtor® Institute, and ABR-Accredited Buyer's Representation. She trained at Donaldson Real Estate Academy in Metairie, Louisiana and graduated from Coldwell Banker University where she became a relocation specialist through Cendant Mobility and USAA, the American Armed Services relocation service. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication/Public Relations from Louisiana State University and has managerial experience with Stewart Regional Blood Center in Tyler, Texas.

In her work, Jolinda creates energy and inspires us all. Simply put, her enthusiasm is contagious. She remains positive despite setbacks. Her passion extends to the community through involvement in gardening and her church. She is a Master Gardener, through NWLAMG, Northwest La. Master Gardeners, part of the Louisiana State University Agriculture Extension Service, where she performs over 100 volunteer hours each year. Among her favorites is RRCCG, the Red River Coalition of Community Gardens, whose mission is to make healthy food available to citizens living in food deserts. She is past president and a member of the ArkLaTex Herb Society. As a life-time member of St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church she is also involved with and is a host of BSF, Bible Study Fellowship, an international, non-denominational Bible study group. Last but not least, Jolinda loves to travel! With dual American/Italian citizenship she is likely to be in an airplane, destination unknown, when her work is completed.
